I have been a vegetarian for many years, and during that time I have learned that most non-vegetarians or people who have no experience with vegetarian food believe that people who don’t eat meat have no taste buds and we don’t know quality food.  So I try to prepare meals at home that are not only pretty to look at but most importantly that TASTES great!

Today I cooked an asian vegetable stir fry with lots of carrots, red and yellow peppers, baby corn, bamboo shoots, snap peas, red onions, mushrooms and seitan (wheat gluten).
