This is a really short post, but I thought I would share with you guys my quickie Wednesday night dinner that I just cooked up – “meat” bolognese with pappardelle pasta.
I love this pasta, first had it in Italy and fell in love. I cooked up some a quick “meat” bolognese, with veggie crumbles and some simple veggies, following Giada’s recipe.

pasta is big, looks creepy but am sure DELICIOUS. do they sell at supermarket would love to try. am also a lover of BIG pasta ie fettucini, linguine.
Lol. Yes they do sell it at most supermarkets I guess.
